Chad J. Van Arnam has over 23 years of experience working collaboratively to deliver well-coordinated and complex projects in commercial markets. As Director of Construction Services, Chad works with clients to execute construction project management and risk management procedures and tackle complex project issues and challenges head-on across all construction segments and disciplines. He provides operational guidance and consultation in the oversight of projects from the pre-planning phase of budgeting, bidding, and resource planning through the construction and turnover phase. Chad works seamlessly with the Firm’s clients in developing, updating, and managing detailed project requirements and control documents, including schedules, budgets, change orders, project meeting agendas and minutes, essential tracking logs, and presentation material. His extensive knowledge of the construction project process allows him to collaborate with clients and where necessary seamlessly with counsel for developing detailed preventative measures to avoid legal troubles during their projects.

Lori K. Christensen brings over two decades of experience in firm management and support in various capacities to Parks Construction Consultants. She began her career in finance as a member of the executive staff of a Cleveland based financial institution before taking on management positions at several prominent Northeast Ohio companies where she was responsible for virtually all aspects of office operations.

Lori joined the Cleveland office of Hahn Loeser & Parks, LLP in 2008 where she quickly rose through the ranks to National Manager of the Construction and Real Estate Practice Groups; the firm’s two largest practice groups. As Practice Group Manager, Lori managed over 40 construction professionals across 5 offices from New York to San Diego. At Parks, she is responsible for the facilitation and approval of client intake, conflict review and evaluation, client development, coordination of industry associations and events, client and industry-based training, and financial management.

Renata T. Panzica brings over a decade of construction management experience to Parks Construction Consultants. Rena has worked on a number of complex commercial and healthcare projects from the preconstruction phase through project execution. She has helped to coordinate detailed project planning, scheduling, and budgeting controls for implementing best practices in project management.

Rena works closely with the Park’s Team to provide client consultation with strategies and tools to execute project management requirements. She also provides critical analysis of project documentation such as schedules, job costing reports, meeting minutes, and tracking logs to help determine process implementation for risk mitigation.

Hitomi Maeno’s hands-on experience in various roles within the construction industry allows her to understand complex client requirements. Hitomi collaborates closely with both Hahn Loeser and Parks Construction Consultants members to deliver comprehensive client consultations while offering effective approaches, tailored to meet specific project needs. With her knowledge and experience, clients can execute projects with enhanced efficiency and success.

Hitomi most recently served as a project manager for a large construction company. She has led numerous project specific preconstruction efforts by creating scopes of work, budgets, and schedules, while helping with various contract negotiations. Hitomi has also worked closely with owners, design team members and subcontractors to implement and manage project controls for tracking progress, finances, and engineering – all in efforts for successful project completions.
